So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!
Annoying!

Hello!
I'm having this problem. Cannot remove any devices even though it says I have removed them. They are still there.
Why isnt this fixed by now?! Clearly its a known issue after 22 pages.
Please can you fix this for me?
Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous User
Thanks for your post.
We've reset your devices and you should now be able to continue viewing.
Please note that a device will be added as soon as you begin viewing and that you can only make one change every calendar month.
Thanks,
Steve

Same problem here!
no matter what browser I am using
Why can't you just either fix it once and for all, or post the solution so all can see instead o=f sending emails?
frustrating!

I'm having this issue also. Unable to remove the existing devices I have on my account. Pop-up says they are removed, but they are not.
Thanks.
