Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

Hi I am recieving the message today but am using on one of my four registered devices.

 

Tried to remove just incase but it says deleleted but still shows help please

I too am having the same issue. Says it has removed yet still listed and cannot add new device. Please fix

Im also having trouble removing devises.. Ive managed to remove 1 but 1 other that im trying to remove keeps on saying its removed but its still there...Ive been trting for over 2 months now & its still saying Devise Removed but it isnt... Could you send me the details on how to remove it perminantly as its getting a little annoying ....

We have reset your devices and you should now be able to continue viewing NOW TV.

 

Please note that you can only make one change to your registered devices every calendar month.
