DD taken for Cinema Pass but being prompted for payment when I press <WATCH NOW>, Entertainment OK.

 

Hello

 

Cinema DD taken on 17th Sept (as normal). 

 

I select a film and press <WATCH NOW> but I am prompted to buy a Cinema Pass.  Only option is to <CANCEL>.

 

Entertainment works OK.

 

No break in paymwnts being taken for either Cinema or Entertainment.

 

Seriously considering cancelling my subscription.

That's most odd @Anonymous User,

 

What device are you using to access/view the NOW TV service?

 

Are you 100% sure you have logged into the correct NOW TV user account?

Hello

Using my Now TV box. Everything worked ok over the weekend.

Only the one account and no no difference in accessing Now TV from normal.

Entertainment ok. It's only Cinema that is prompting me to but a pass.

I am patient but my family is not. This happened when I was out and a returned to receive much grief. This combined with losing time to sort it out is quite annoying.

When your visit the 'My passes' and 'View my bills' areas of your 'My Account' is Cinema pass listed?

No it's not.

But the DD was taken on 17th September. The previous month the DD was taken on 18th August.

O not my fault. The problem is on your side. The grief is all mine.

So a glitch in the NOW administration system.   How long to fix?

Still no response after two days.  Spent a long time trying to get this sorted but NOW TV SUPPORT seem to be ignoring mu=y predicament.

 

DD taken for Cinema, but CINEMA PASS removed from <MY PASSES> for no apparent reson.  I can see that the problem is caused by the mastr record and yet support staff insist on going through checks such as <PLEASE LOG OUT and BACK IN>.  <PLEASE BUY A NEW TICKET & WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU>.   In the end, it was admitted thst the problem is at source.

 

So my summary:

1 - Poor level of support

2 - lack of response

3 - No apparent attempt to resolve problem

4 - Not meeting commitment to resolve issue within 2 days

 

NOW TV need to get their act together

Such poor support from NOW TV.  Not a word.  

 

This is a simple fix and they can't even sort it out.

Still waiting for NOW TV to do something.   I have spoken others who have a terrible experience with NOW TV.

 

Whu does it take so long for them to respond?
