i have being charged the £7.99 package a month for three months without being aware of this I am extremely unhappy about this as I was going to take a package out I want this looking into this ASAP before I speak to a solicitor regarding this matter. Then I find out u can’t even speak to someone over the phone? Such appalling service from such a Big company.
