Charged twice for Sky Sports day pass

I purchased a sky sports one day pass for £6.99, then once activated was taken to another page which showed an error.
I then tried to use the NOW tv app which asked me to activate the pass which I did.
But this has already been done on the safari website (using iPhone)
After watching the boxing I checked my bank account and it showed two pending payments for NOW tv of 13.98.
