Charged twice for 24 hr sport pass

Hi I signed up for the 24 hr sport pass and I hsve been charged twice once at £7.99 and then another charge for £10.00. I have never used Now TV before and only registered one bank account. I am requesting I be refunded the £10 charge asap.

Just wondering is the charge £10 or £9.99 (which is an cinema monthly pass cost).

 

When you go to My Account > My Payments on here, what does it show for the charges on your account where there should be a description next to the charge ?

It is definitely for £10 and to make it worse I now cannot get connected on my TV to watch which so far I have been charged £17.99

I would jump over to live chat and ask them can they assit you to get your sports pass working on your TV and whilst on chat query the £10 charge.
