Change email

I am having trouble changing my email address and would also like to know why you are charging me for a kids package which I cancelled months ago

You need to contact live chat if you need to change your email address on your account.

Hi.  I also have been trying to change my email address. The live chat does not work as the chat box does not fit the webpage. There is no 'send' button. Have also tried to send message but just loops back. 

 

Can you help?

Looks like NowTV are encountering some technical difficulties their end with their servers, where people are reporting on here loads of missing content on their "on demand" and on their "catchup" services.

 

Try this link below for live chat, where you may have to wait until the live chat button appears on screen because looking at the number of posts on the forum they may be busy.
