Card detail

I have been trying to update card details and it keeps saying there is an issue with my card details I have tried two different cards now can someone help?

Tring to update Bank Card details, but new card being rejected:

I'm having identical issues & hope someone from now TV, such as @Andy, @Tony-D comes along soon to resolve.
Tried multiple times on my laptop with different browsers.

Been onto CHAT, cleared CACHE as suggested, tried 4 browsers, same problemo.
NOWTV Technical need to sort out as it's in their £interest£.

@Geluk Sorry, I'm not NOW TV staff so can't look into your account for you, but @Tony-D is around so hopefully he pick up your thread soon. Hope you get sorted.

Just tried again; same error message persists.

Incidentally "House No." is a mandatory field; your web form needs amending
as I only have a House Name I can fill in, but for this exercise insert a dummy one.

I guess no one from NOWTV is going to resolve before Bank Holiday??????

 And please sort the "House No." issue I raised above.

 

Good way to boost new customers for Netflix/ Amazon etc

Incidentally I tweeted a message to NOWTV on this, & then a normal tweet on issue;
no response at all.  😞  😞

Have had an e mail from Support, which is of no help in resolving 😞

I see that your case was escalated as you were unable to update the card details on the account. 

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered when trying to add your card details.  

Can you please make sure your card details match your billing address?

Is it related to NOWTV demanding (mandatory field) a house number, which I ain't got?

Pse fix this line so it's not mandatory.
