Cannot Apply Voucher

I recently got a code from the new Chromecast promotion: 2 months of Sky Cinema Pass for £5. The code looks something like this: NOW42PSG9DUB17

 

For the past two nights I have tried entering this voucher code in to the NowTV website and it keeps saying: 

 

We're having trouble with vouchers right now

Please wait a moment and try again.
 
I have seen other people have sucess with this promotion so I'm wondering why NowTv is having issues with me trying to redeem my voucher.

Welcome to the forum. The usual cause of this is misreading the code on the voucher. Make sure you are entering it in the correct section on your My Account > My Passes page

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

and try a few different combinations, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc

But if you still can't get your voucher to work, go to

https://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/voucher-code-not-working

and choose the option for live chat who can check the code for you.
