I have cancelled all passes, so I’m not being charged, but I still have an account. How do I completely cancel my account? So my details will eventually be deleted! I seem to be going around in circles on this website 😞

Welcome to the forum. There's no option to close your account on the website but if you go onto live chat and tell them you'd like your payment details removing and your account deactivating they will sort it for you.
