I cancelled both my cinema and entertainment pass before they ran out. Was told I could still watch until 19th June, hubby has just told me his account was billed for both on the 19th.
I even got an email off NOW tv asking me to buy a new entertainment pass.
There's only 1 acount for our NOW tv, I checked after looking at the help section.
Is this a common thing and will I get the refund?
I've already cancelled the renewed passes which now say I can watch until 19th July.
