Cancelled pass but still getting billed for it???

Exactly a month ago (27/09/2018) I cancelled my kids pass, received a confirmation email 'It’s cheerio for nowDrop by again any time. This is to let you know you’ve now cancelled your Kids Month Pass.'

Today exactly one month later I've just had an email:

Congratulations — you've just got your hands on a NOW TV Kids Pass and now have a front row seat to the best kids' entertainment live and on demand. Get ready to lose yourself in a world of colourful characters.

Your first payment of GBP 3.99 has been made. It's just £3.99 a month. Your order details for today are:
