Cancelled but still charged

I cancelled my entertainment pass about a month ago and I only have the one accounr . the thing is I changed my bank details and as soon as I paid up to date I cancelled straight after and now I recently get an email stating I'm being charged in my next payment. Please help as I don't even use now TV anymore and I don't wish to continue using it

The help button is not live, can't contact them and emphasise we cancelled in August

then try disabling any adblocking plugins you have, and/or try a different browser. You could also try a mobile/tablet browser instead of a desktop/laptop if applicable. If you still have trouble getting through, @Anonymous User from the NOW TV Team might be able to help.

Hi both, unfortunatley content is my area, I don't have access to customers accounts to view that info... I'll tag @Anonymous User, someone will have the correct expertise!
