Cancelled Cinema Pass - it states I can keep watching until May 2017!

As the title suggests, after cancelling my Cinema pass, it states "You can keep watching until 20 May 2017".

2017!!

Since there is no online chat or support facility other than community/FAQ how do I go about confirming which actual date I can watch it until, and also make sure the cancellation has actually taken effect?

Has anyone else had something similar occur?

I've never paid anywhere near £10 for a sky ciema pass.  When i cancel, i often get e-mailed a special offer.  At the moment i'm paying £3.30 PM for three months, otherwise searching on Amazon brings up offers
