Can’t watch sky store films !

I’ve updated my card details twice now and still can’t watch films on rental at sky store ! Very annoying, the message says “there was a problem processing your payment” gaaaaaaaaar

Did you try up dating your card details on the Sky Store website and not the NowTV website where I believe they are separate accounts.

Aye @Anonymous User As NOW TV and Sky Store are different entities you will have to contact them to get this sorted i'm afraid.
