Can't update my payment details

I received an email saying I need to update my NOW TV payment details. 

When I try to do so through My Account I get the following error:

This page isn’t working

payments.sky.com redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have cleared my cookies and still get the same error. I am using Google Chrome.

What should I do?

I've noticed that over the last few days, accessing the NOW TV website using the Google Chrome web browser has been quite sluggish and often times out. Indeed a similar thing happened a few weeks ago for users with a different browser 

Ordinarily I'd say, contact a NOW TV representitive using 'live chat'. But this might prove difficult if your browser keeps timing out...

Request to @NOWTV-Team Members: Can somebody look into this please?
