Can't log in :(

My Now TV box is all of a sudden not letting me log in! It's saying my username and password are incorrect, which they're not! I've reset and factory reset it many times and still no luck 😞

Thank you can not live chat it keeps going grey so assume there busy but I've email them directly cheers

@Anonymous User Yes it does get busy. They usually reply to emails quite quickly, for me it was within a few hours but you may get a reply tomorrow.
