Can't buy a week pass: stuck at card verification

Hi

I tried to buy a week pass (also a day pass) and I'm stuck at card verification process (0.10 charge). There's no error or message and nothing appears under this text. Each time I try, card details are requested again and again...

What can I do to complete payment process?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

When you log out and in again and go to "my account > My passes" do you get the option to "buy pass"? if you do what happens when you click on this?

If I go to "My Passes" I'm redirected to a screen asking for card details (again!). If I complete this step the next screen says You’re getting warmer… but nothing happens, and here is the error... You can see the screenshot: in this step something isn't working, there's no error, no buttons, nothing...

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Would it be possible to clear your cookies and cache on your browser.

 

Once you have done this can you click here and then choose the option to Complete Account Setup.
