Welcome to the forum. What happens when you try to buy a pass? Any error messages etc. If you're trying to buy from your My Acoount > My Passes page and you are sure your payment details are correct try a different browser and/or device eg try a tablet/mobile browser instead of PC/Mac or vice versa. Alternately some apps let you buy a pass eg the NOW TV app on a NOW TV box.
