Can't access account

Hi there;

Everytime in the last 6 months I've tried to log into my account it's told me my information is incorrect, and I've had to change my password; despite making notes each time of case etc. To ensure my password is 100% correct.
This time it won't accept my memorable information nor has it sent me the link to reset.
I'm currently logged in on my daughter's account and would like to find a way to cancel my other, it seems impossible without logging in.
