I wish to cancel my now tv account and seem to be unable to do so. I am being charged 6.99 each month for the entertainment package. I thought it was cancelled last year ( Last used: 04/09/15 )
but I am still being charged 6.99.
I have tried going through... https://account.nowtv.com/passes
then... https://now.nowtv.com/webApp/NowTVEntsCancellationSurvey
Clicking on ... I STILL WANT TO CANCEL button , but all it does is reload the Survey
Please CANCEL my account

Given that this is an 'account' related issue (which is subject to the Data Protection Act), I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your situation to them... They're usually pretty quick at resolving such things 😉
The easiest way of contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

Have a read of this guide on how to cancel your passes, if you are still going around in circles then you best option would be to contact nowtv live chat.
