Hi I cancelled my subscription in September but I still got billed last month and this month what shall I do .

Well good luck with that.  Just spent 45 mins online chat trying to resolve mine and very the outcome very unsatisfactory.  There is no telephone contact available which is extremely frustrating especially when I got cut off in the middle of the chat.  If you have an account I would suggest going via the payments billing etc or if you want a live chat go to contact on the bottom of the webpage and follow from there.  My new quote:  NOW TV..... WAS TV!
