Pass expired Monday 26th March, went to cancel on Sunday 25th, it wouldn't let me cancel.
I try getting onto webchat, no one every available.
I sent a message on the Monday, received no reply. Check my statement today, I've been charged.
What gives?

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like NOW TV may have been preparing to take payment when you went to cancel, it's always best to cancel a few days before renewal date to avoid this (you don't lose any days by cancelling early).
Live chat is usually best way of getting it sorted but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.
