Angry consumer

I had a 6 months free pass but have been charged for the last 3 months then when I tried to get my refund was totally fobbed off saying that it as run out I'm sure December to February isn't 6 months and I've just read another 7 people's comments claiming the same you need to sort this now tv or I'm going to consumer rights and reporting you!

If you still have 'proof of purchase' it should be a straight forward matter getting your issue resolved by NOW TV.

 

Sufficed to say, if you are unable to provide proof of what you've purchased, no 'consumer rights' organisation is going to be able help you!

 

Sorry to be a bore but... When purchasing any product: "Always keep your receipt!"
