Activation day

Hey today is my activation day for internet and tv i was told money for my services wohld be taken out my bank the day of activation which is today this hasnt happened i have set my hub up all lights are on but not the internet 1 does this mean it hasn't been activated yet? Thankyou

According to this help guide article your broadband could start anytime up until Midnight on the sticker date on the hub packing.

Have you got the white smiley face showing on the router hub, maybe try rebooting the hub to see if that kick starts things.

 

Hopefully other helpful forum members will offer you some further advice or assistance.

Hello no i dont have the ehite smiley face lit up on my router just have a terrible feeling it won't be working today thank you

I would give it another hour or so, if by then you are still not getting no internet service then i would suggest contacting the NowTV Combo Team for an update.
