6 month pass applied - now gone and being billed to my credit card

I applied a 6 month entertainment pass to my account back in January and just missed the cut off for billing so was billed on my credit card for January. 

 

However I have been billed again this month and there is no evidence of the code having ever been input?!

 

I threw the code away after entering it too.

 

Feeling a little ripped off at the moment to say the least!!!

 

HELP!!!

Hi @Anonymous User  it is best to get chat to look into this.  Did you buy the pass with a box and do you have that still?  Chat should be able to investigate what has happened.  please contact Now chat via this link
