I applied a 6 month entertainment pass to my account back in January and just missed the cut off for billing so was billed on my credit card for January.
However I have been billed again this month and there is no evidence of the code having ever been input?!
I threw the code away after entering it too.
Feeling a little ripped off at the moment to say the least!!!
HELP!!!
