Hi does anyone know when the gift card is sent that was offered with a new subscription?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, Any gift cards or vouchers that are offered when you sign up are normally sent after 5 working days from when your account is fully active. You would normally receive an email with this as sometimes it is an e-voucher we would advise checking your Spam/Junk folder just in case it goes in there.
