I have a now TV movies subscription at £4.99 a month for 4 months however last month and this month I've had two payments taken out on the same day one for £4.99 and one for £9.99 as I said I am paying £4.99 a month so why are you taking £9.99 out of my account as well. I've been overdrawn both times because of this, I'm not happy. I thought last time was a mistake but it happened today as well. Can I have a reply ASAP please
