2 Month Entainment Pass

I received the voucher when I purchased my son PS4 on Black Friday weekend and I had to create an account which I did, my bank details was requested. I put all information requested plus the voucher and it went through and I was charged. Been trying to find ways to speak to someone regarding this matter cause I want my money back. Can someone please assist me.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds as if the code didn't apply properly. Have a word with live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can refund you. Once done your voucher code should still be valid so you should be able to apply it again.

Thanks for getting back to me. I followed instructions and I been trying to access the link u sent me and I'm not getting to speak with anyone. Is their any other way?

If you still have trouble, try a different browser and/or device, eg if you tried on your mobile/tablet, try on a PC/Mac, or vice versa. 

 

Unfortunately there is is no number to call unless you also have your broadband with NOW TV.

 

Post back if you still have trouble and I'll see if I can get a NOW TV Team member to respond on here.

I have tried different devices and still can't get through and I have been trying to get in contact all last week using this same get in touch and I cant.

One quick question on your tablet and phone have you made sure that JavaScript is enabled ?
