£1 entertainment pass but charged £6.99

I signed up for the £1 entertainment pass but I wascharged £6.99 😞 seeing as Ive paid the amount of a month can you please extend my pass as it ran out today and I've not finished watching the series 😞 very frustrating x

Hi @Anonymous User, if you do decide to keep with Now can I recommend you get a 3 or 5 month voucher. Works out to £5 a month.
