I applied a voucher about a week ago that extended my membership until the end of May but checking my bank today it seems they have took it upon themselves to charge me as well?
I applied a voucher last month and after being told the membership had been extended by 30 days I checked back a week or so later by chance and noticed the membership had been removed and I had to re enter the code again.
What is going on, how do I get my fee refunded?
