I have updated my payment card as it has been rejected (expired).
When my monthly payment will be taken ? there is no next payment date showing other than payment declined?
it is really frustrating as I can t call anyone to for this matter

Is this for a TV membership?
If so I had the exact same with my cinema membership, which I had to cancel the membership. Although my boost and entertainment memberships came off ok.
Ended up updating my payment details to PayPal after the failed payment.

Are you on any discounts?
If so take note, then fully cancel the membership. Head onto live chat and explain the situation. They will hopefully be of help.
