Has anyone else had money taken out of their account without permission? I have had three separate charges two lots of £9.99 and £5 go out over a span of 24 hours, this has left me a bit high and dry, also did anyone get their money back and how? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've had this as well this month. I have sent a query through the online forms as I'm hopeful it isn't my little one ordering things but I haven't had an active account with them for over 12 months. Hopefully we get this back. Otherwise, I would report it to your bank and they can chase it with them
