unauthorised payment

Has anyone else had money taken out of their account without permission? I have had three separate charges two lots of £9.99 and £5 go out over a span of 24 hours, this has left me a bit high and dry, also did anyone get their money back and how? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve had exactly the same and can’t find out how to cancel or get a refund! Shambles!

Did you take out the 7 free trial on the offers section of the website?

This is exactly the payments that your talking about where you got charged by not cancelling all the memberships.

To cancel you have to do it on a browser as you don’t get the option on the app.

Yes.ive been having £9.99 taken out for an entertainment pass that i dont have.ive told them but it is still being taken out.i don't know what to do.i am being ripped off.

If you don’t have an active entertainment membership, do you have an active cinema membership as this is the exact same price?

 

You could check to see if you have multiple accounts using the same payment details.

Yes, you've been ripped off. This company makes it money duping customers.

Yes, I discovered a Boost package running on my account without any TV package. This company is a scam company that makes it money charging customers for package they did not order.

I've had this as well this month. I have sent a query through the online forms as I'm hopeful it isn't my little one ordering things but I haven't had an active account with them for over 12 months. Hopefully we get this back. Otherwise, I would report it to your bank and they can chase it with them
