As 29th October 2019 is still 12 days into the future, it seems likely you meant some other date, but the numbers don’t work for 29th September either, unless what you had was a free 7 days of Movies with a slightly delayed record of the payment.
But the amount doesn’t work for that either, though it does work for a continuation of the three month offer from some other date. As if a free month was over on the deal you had, it would have continued automatically at £5.99 a month, as NowTV don’t give out free months that just stop.
But when you have the dates figured, best talk to Live Chat, and see what they think the dates were, and what the deal was, so you can see if NowTV think there has been a mistake regarding the dates and duration of the free month.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
