unable to cancel a pass

paid £1 a month for 3 months to access sky cinema and was never able to view any films even though the payment was taken. 

if i go on my account it shows i made no payments for the past few months... even though i definately did.?

now i have had an email saying that offer is ending but they are giving me another offer of £2.99  a month for the same thing that i never got!!!! gone onto my account and theres nothing showing and no way to cancel......FRUSTRATING!!!!!

what do i do because you just go round in circles trying to contact them???

I wonder if you have have set up separate accounts for NOW TV at some point? In any event, you will need to contact them directly, click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here during the opening hours shown.
