You have tagged this in cancel, but haven't specifically said what you are trying to. 🤔

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help


Find your avatar above top right. Select Manage Now Account. Select Now Membership.

Now go through the indicated Cancel option you see there, for each Membership you wish to Cancel. Make sure you complete the multi-stage process, and get an email from Now, confirming the Cancel, for each Membership you Cancel.

If you don’t find any Memberships there, though, then you probably bought Now from a third party, and have to cancel through them:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
