tryting to pay my bill but the confirm button is not highlighted for clicking

missed a payment date so i tried paying by the same card and the app/site wont take payment, after entering all details card information the confirmation button is still not highlighted and i cant continue without it. this is what happens when you have no real people to talk to and rely of technology to fix a problem.
