trying to pay my bill but the confirm button is not highlighted for clicking

Hi - have been spending over two hours trying to sort this issue out. I missed a payment and have gone to pay my bill hut when it comes to clicking the confirm button it is un-clickable and a little circle with a line through it comes up. I've used multiple different cards so I know this isn't the issue. I need help asap with this as our wifi is now turned off and I am working from home.

Now TV should really invest in having a live help chat.

Pay a bill, can I assume for broadband? If so give the team a call in the morning.

There is Live chat but it’s mainly aimed toward the TV members. For broadband it’s generally phone support.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
