Hi - have been spending over two hours trying to sort this issue out. I missed a payment and have gone to pay my bill hut when it comes to clicking the confirm button it is un-clickable and a little circle with a line through it comes up. I've used multiple different cards so I know this isn't the issue. I need help asap with this as our wifi is now turned off and I am working from home.
Now TV should really invest in having a live help chat.
