when i switched my account to vodaphone i was between them for months to make sure i wouldnt be charged any extra etc then now tv didnt end it on the date they was meant to but about a month before i was looking at our bank we have a 2 year old and on benefits and they was so unhelpful and told me i wasnt gonna get my money back till end of contract. they have now had my money since then and my contract ended on the 29th and still not i have not recieved my money
this is a £100 i am owed i am soo angry i just want my money back !!!!!!!!!!!!!
