switched to another provider and you have taken payment from me

ok well my contract run out on 05/04/2020 and i switched to talktalk now today ive seen you have taken £40 from my account on the 08/04/2020

and it still shows i will be billed for next month

can you cancel like you were supposed to and give me my money back
