the fact that you charge £1 to make sure i am who i say i am but cant take the payment im trying to make is utterly stupid..and nowhere to seek help. robbing is an act of satan. thankyou notnowtv

The £1 will NOT be taken from your account, it’s just a standing deposit and will disappear after 3-5 days.

It will happen every time you update your payment details or take out a new membership.
