something going wrong with choosing cinema pass

hi there i wonder if anyone can help.....When i go to my account and passes i have the entertainment pass on, however i would just like to change this to the cinema pass although  everytime i go to do this theres an issue and tells me to try again in a moment. I would just like the cinema pass instead of the entertainment pass any suggestions guys?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum.

 

To swap them over you would need to cancel your entertainment pass and purchase a cinema pass separately. You should be able to do this from your My Account > My Passes page on the website

but if you're having trouble cancelling and/or purchasing try a different browser and/or device (eg try on a tablet/mobile browser if you are having trouble with PC or vice versa).

 

If you're still having trouble pop onto live chat, explain what the problem is and hopefully they will sort it for you.
