hi, just hoping that Nowtv are veiwing this message,
i joined Nowtv 14/12/2018, i had a six month entertaiment pass when i joined, i have now currently had to accept a 7 day free pass to veiw a certain channel (sky adlantic), yes to watch GoT season8.
i can't get through on the phone so how do i check if the pass is still active?

To view any of your passes you need to sign in on here and go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers.
Can't help sorry about the reason why you haven't had the full duration of your 6 month pass (unless you have logged into a old wrong nowtv account and if so check all your playback devices and any emails from nowtv).
Nowtv don't offer a telephone helpline service for TV Pass customers (only Broadband customers) where they do offer a online web live chat or message service from the link below.
