Hello.
I have tried to sign up for a free trial. Finishing setting my credit card I received the message that I am from an outside country and did not confirm and purchase.
Today I have been charged the amount and then the same amount was deducted. I want any membership to be cancelled and my credit card to be removed. I don't authorise any use and I withdraw any consent. I would like my account to be closed too.

You will need to email support to close your account, at the same time you can request all the above. See below picture for address.
