my child bought 2 passes that i dont want infact ill never watch anything the passes offer so can i get a refund?

Firstly go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst on here and cancel both passes fully.
Then go to My Account > Settings & Pins on here and add a payment pin to your account to avoid this happening again.
Then tomorrow jump over to live chat and explain to them what's happened and see if they will give you a refund.
