Hoping someone can help after posting this in the community posts.
I am trying to change my NOW TV username as it is currently registered to my work email which I will no longer have access to in a few weeks time. When I try changing my email address to my personal email address under account settings I get the below error message.
"sorry we are having trouble updating your account right now"
Does anyone know what could be causing this? My guess would be that my personal email address is sitting someone on the NOW TV Username database and needs to be deleted from the backend. But as customer support is limited I am not sure how to contact someone to check the backend username database and remove my personal email from the systems.
Any help would be great.
