"Boost" charges?

Does anyone know why the hell Im being charged a monthly "boost" charge, even though I have cancelled all of my passes? This charge is also scheduled for a month from now. Now TV's help options are some of the most AWFUL I have ever experienced, so any help will be appreciated.

You have to cancel the Boost, same as any other Pass.

I expect NowTV have found it too complicated, or impossible, to work out when a customer has no longer any passes that can benefit for Boost, so it can apply an auto-cancel.

And if they did, you’d get “Hey I had Entertainment and Boost, and I cancelled Entertainment to take Movies instead for a bit, and found my Boost pass had been cancelled without my knowledge or consent” complaint posts.

So better as it is.....

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
