problems with answer machine on now broadband

Hi everyone

 

I'm supposed to have the Now answer machine facility where the dial tone changes if you have a message but this stopped working about a month ago. Annoyingly when I check the messages I have no messages until a Monday when all the messages for the previous week come through all at once. Only realised there was a problem when I received an email from a company who were going to ring me about a job offer telling me I hadn't responded to their phone call!!!!

 

I've been with Now since about march and it was working fine until a month ago. There doesn't seem to be any way of logging this as an issue with Now - the help section keeps directing me to the community so do they read the messages here or what? How do I contact them by email or phone and if so how? This is very frustrating

So the community forum is mainly used by us customers, hopefully someone has had a simialr set up. Perhaps calling the team to see what they can do?
