pressed wrong button on remote and signed up for a service which I do not want

I had signed up for Sky Sports at £33.99 per month by mistake. pressed the wrong button on the remote I realised my mistake within 5 minutes. never used the service. cancelled immediately. Have been charged. have tried the robo chat but it is useless. Just goes in an endless loop. Just want to speak on live chat to a human

Jump over to live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask for a refund.
